Just what I needed.
I bought this stroller about a month ago. My baby is 4 months old, I did a lot of research on strollers that could turn into bassinets without needing an attachment. Overall I call it my Mercedes of how luxurious it is! The color doesn’t stain at all, and it’s still clean even thought we’ve been through dirt roads. I love how I can turn it into a bassinet when my baby falls asleep at Disneyland and how easy it is to fold and unfold. I would say it is very heavy for me but I can still put it in and out of my suv.

Affordable, easy assembly, modern style/comfort
Bought this as we’re expecting baby #4 in less than 10 weeks!! The assembly process was perfect very easy little instructions were needed. Full review available on my socials. It’s a modern design, nice size caddy for storage, lightweight, and easily collapse for trunk storage and set a perfect price mark . Great for budgeting parents. Definitely recommended

The Best Full Coverage Canopy
This is such a versatile stroller! I love the modern, full feature design. The seat cushion is even reversible and allows you to choose between the two types of fabric based on the weather. We live in New England where the weather changes frequently so I find this really convenient! The ability to allow my daughter to face me is my great for bonding on the go. The seat also smoothly goes from sitting up to recline without waking baby. This was handy when my daughter fell asleep on our walks. The 360 canopy is my favorite feature- it is unique and incredibly convenient. I never have to worry about the sun or bugs getting to my little one. It also zips away when not in use so you don't even know it's there! The mesh peekaboo window means your little is never out of sight and allows for nice airflow during the warmer months. I love this stroller for my daughter. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller.

Almost Great
I was very excited for the opportunity to test out this stroller thanks to the Stellar Product Panel. Upon unboxing, I loved the modern and luxurious look of this stroller. The leather trim is a great touch and overall the stroller is very visually appealing. The seat is very plush and comfortable. Also, the canopy is huge! I love that it will shield baby from the sun/weather. My favorite feature is the different ways the seat can be arranged. It can be upright, reclined, and even flat. It can be forward facing or rear facing. So many options! The storage basket is an okay size, not very deep, but will fit a diaper bag. The Tayla Max also comes with a cup holder which is an added bonus. It's a very smooth ride too! Unfortunately, this stroller has one major con. It is very difficult to open up and close. It requires you to slide one button and push another simultaneously. Typically this wouldn't be an issue; however, the one button also telescopes the handle. So while you are trying to open/close the stroller, the handle keeps sliding up and down. It's rather frustrating and makes the process take longer than it should. I rated the stroller a 3 because of this problem. If there was a smoother process for opening the Tayla Max, I would've given a higher rating. Overall, it's a very nice stroller that works really nicely during use, it just has this one unfortunate issue with the open/close aspect.

Beautiful and quality stroller for birth through toddler
I've loved maxicosi as a brand of high quality, thoughtfully designed baby items and the Tayla is no exception. The materials are so soft to the touch and thick in feel. The reversible liner is really nice to accommodate different climates. I think the canopy is pretty good - not huge, but not tiny either. The full netting covering thing is super cool and I'd imagine that would be key for the newborn stage. The handlebar and belly bar are so pretty. The ability for the seat to become a bassinet just by reclining it is brilliant. I've had other strollers where you have to use a different bassinet altogether or worse, remove the toddler seat fabric to put on the bassinet fabric. This is so easy to toggle between the two. Because who needs extra things to potentially lose? That said this is also the source of my main drawback - when in toddler (sitting up) mode, the footrest doesn't independently move from the rest of the seat frame. I have a below avg height 20 month old - he just fits. Unless the stroller is super upright, the seat footwell is in the way of reaching the stroller frame part where bigger kids would put their feet. My 6 year old said that the bottom of the seat frame was pushing on her calves. So it's great until they grow out of being able to rest their feet comfortably on the seat part. The fold is great! It stands on its own and is also slim. If you take off the seat and nest it in the frame gap it takes up even less space - great for SUVs with the 3rd row up. It's a little tricky to unfold - pull up and back and push down with your foot but once you figure it out it's fine. Probably not a great MIL stroller unless you like fielding phone calls in the middle of the day. Lastly the basket is a little small for what it could be. There's just leftover space. So Sleek So Sophisticated
I was so excited about this stroller the moment I opened it. The black fabric is absolutely beautiful and feels very sophisticated. The tan leather accents on the handle and belly bar are lovely. I was able to put it together by myself in under five minutes and was out the door with it in under ten. The plush pad is foamy and very comfortable and the stay-put five point harness was an absolute breeze to adjust to fit my daughter and also meant I didn't have to be digging under her butt trying to find the lower clip. It hasn't been very warm where I live so I have yet to use the breathable side of the cushion, but definitely will in the summer months. The huge canopy is amazing and I love the way the bug net stays on board at all times and is silent to pull down and up when I want to check on her. My daughter had so much head room that she will be able to use this stroller for a long time. I love the four modes for this stroller. On quick trips to boring places (the store) I like to keep her facing me (it also helps keeps germs away) but for longer walks outside I love that I can turn her outward to explore the world. The lie flat bassinet is amazing and only requires one hand to silently recline for when she falls asleep on an outing. I can flip between the four settings (bassinet rear and forward-facing and upright seat rear and forward-facing) effortlessly. The folding and unfolding is single-handed with a quick kick of the frame, so I could hold my daughter on my hip and still get the stroller in and out of the trunk. The basket is a good size and very accessible. The foot break is super easy and never gets stuck. It also feels really secure. Lastly, I love having a belly bar to hand toys on and for extra protection for my daughter's safety. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller.

Love this product!
I received this stroller from Stellar as a part of the product testing panel, this in no way effected my review. One of my favorite features of this stroller is the ability to collapse without removing the seat. It is extremely useful for travel especially on planes, there's no fussing with trying to disassemble parts of the stroller! It's completely effortless and super convenient. We also really loved the 360 sun canopy. It felt like every time we went on walks in the evening the sun was always blasting in the babies face but with the design of the canopy there's absolutely no issue with that anymore! It's very easy to check on baby and I personally had no issue with install. Being able to choose between two fabrics I felt was very unique. It's something I've never seen before but really enjoy. It's also very durable and easily wipes clean. It feels like a cloud and our girl has no complaints! My favorite feature is the cup holder and travel bag!! I was shocked to see it was already included in the base stroller package!

The perfect stroller
I received the Maxi-Cosi Tayla™ Max Modular Stroller through the Stellar Product Testing Panel! Wow - this is the best stroller we have ever used. First off, the stroller looks so chic with the beautiful soft fabric and the brown leather details on the front bar and the top handle. The fabric is easily removed and machine washable which is a must with our kids. This stroller is so versatile for both babies and toddlers. We were able to use this for our almost 2-year-old at a holiday parade and he stayed in it the entire time because he was so comfortable! I feel the best part though is the QuickCarriage mode which allows us to lay our 2-month-old flat on walks when he falls asleep. Plus, the HUGE canopy extends over the seat to protect both kiddos from the elements no matter what mode it is in! The ride was very smooth both on our sidewalks and when we took it off road on the Christmas tree farm! I will say the one-handed fold took a bit of practice - but once we got the hang of it, it is truly much easier than any other full-size stroller we have ever had. We have purchased strollers far more expensive than the Tayla in the past but have never been as thrilled with the functionality and versatility of any of them as much as this one. I highly recommend to any parents with newborns, infants and toddlers!
