Great investment!
This travel bag was used with my Maxi Cosy Pria 70. It was of course a perfect fit, I'm happy the company made sure to get that right. Other brands with similar shapes will probably fit too, but I wasn't able to try it. This bag bags two carrying handles, one on top and one on the side. It also had backpack straps to have an extra hand for luggage and strollers- holding it with one strap was very heavy as to be expected. But the backpack way I also felt like I was going to topple backwards. I don't think it was a design flaw or anything. Just lugging a huge thing like that is hard. I also was self conscious I was going to knock someone down if I turned around without realizing someone was near me. It has wheels on bottom for smooth transport, but there wasn't a long handle like a luggage has, so to wheel it you are slouched or hunched over to pull it. I probably would bring some kind of string with me next time and pull it like that. Padded and waterproof material- I certainly felt like the car seat was well protected and it didn't get ruined. That's the main reason for the bag so that's already 5 stars. Overall I think it's a worthwhile investment to protect your car seat while traveling or in storage. Functional, useful, stylish
I have a Maxi-Cosi car seat for my infant and I love how it looks and functions but was concerned about how to travel with it given the light color. The black bag with leather accents is a great solution! This bag has solved my concerns and I especially appreciate the easy to use top handle. I am 5'8 and am able to wheel the seat in the bag while standing. This means I don't have to be carrying it all the time to use the bag! I am pleased with the quality and design. Great for traveling
Love all maxi cosi products! I've been using the Maxi cosi pria for about 4 years now and my kids have all loved this seat so this travel bag came at the perfect time since we just traveled to California! It was super easy to use and our seat fit perfectly! I have traveled a few times with seats and it's always a hassle and I worry about how damaged the seat will get so this bag was a huge plus to have along the way! Its carry handle and convenient roller wheels made it so easy to tote around the airport. It has comfortable, padded straps, so we also could wear it on our shoulders as a backpack, it was awesome. Another plus , the zippers open up quite large so it was easy to get the seat in and out. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a Maxi Cosi seat who loves to travel and wants to protect their car seat investment. Great to have on deck for travelers!
I was given this Car seat travel bag to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My husband and I loved traveling before we had children. The thought of bringing a baby and all that comes along through an airport and on vacation is very overwhelming. Having this on deck is exactly what we needed to make traveling a little easier. Overall the bag looks very nice, it's all black with brown leather features. The wheels are good quality and the bag itself it very lightweight which is important to us for travel. The car seat goes in the bag easily and the double zippers are a great feature to close it up smoothly. I really love look of this bag- the brown leather added onto the all black design is perfect! It does have an option to be carried as a back pack as well, we don't expect to use that very often but nice to have the option. The straps for the back pack tuck in very well for those who chose not to use it that way. We can not wait to bring this along on our next trip.

Great travel bag - Highly recommend

Far better than the cheap travel bags!!
This Maxi Cosi Travel Carseat bag is great! The material is super durable, much more so than those bright red gate check bags - you know the ones, inexpensive and lucky to last a single trip? The seams on this are reinforced, the shoulder straps are padded, and the design is simple and sleek. The straps fold up and tuck away nicely when not in use, but can be quickly removed and buckled into place. We use it with our Pria All-In-One Convertible seat, affectionately known as "the rocket ship". The seat is huge, but so comfortable and safe that we come back to it every time (we have 4 kids). Lugging that thing around for travel is no small feat though. Carrying it by the straps is heavy and difficult, especially when trying to maneuver with small kids or other luggage. This bag not only fit the seat perfectly (almost like it was specifically designed for that), but made handling much more manageable. The wheels are very convenient, but I cannot speak to how they would hold up being tossed around with checked airline luggage. In addition to backpack straps, there is a handle on top and one on the side for easy lifting. The bag folds up and would easily fit in an airline overhead bin if it was used to get a carseat onto a plane for travel. When folded, it also easily fits in a large suitcase or duffel, or would slide under a bed, so it doesn't take up much room while on the road. It's still a bulky seat, don't get me wrong, but when you want to travel safely with littles, you do what you gotta do! Honestly, the Maxi-Cosi seats are already a bit pricier than other options on the market, so do you really want to stress about that investment? This high quality bag can provide ease of mind and let you focus on the fun part - traveling with your kids! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for giving me a chance to try out this bag!

Sturdy and Good Fit; Untested for Travel
My initial impressions of the Maxi-Cosi Wheeled Car Seat Bag are that it is sturdy, convenient, fits well, and will be useful for travel, but in the spirit of full disclosure I have not actually traveled with it yet, so I cannot speak towards how well it holds up after being tossed around by a baggage handling crew. The woven fabric and stitching seems thick and sturdy and it is easy to fit a Maxi-Cosi car seat (we have the Pria Chill) into it. It is not the most comfortable to wear on your back-- but no car seat in any bag is, really-- and for a short person it is particularly huge and unwieldy, but would likely be more comfortable the taller/broader you are. While the wheels do add some ease if you're moving the car seat from one spot to another, the height of a car seat is such that you probably won't be wheeling it around the airport like you would an actual suitcase, so to me they're not make or break. I think the real test will be how protective this bag is - we plan to gate check it for our next trip. I received this product free of charge as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Well made car seat travel bag
My overall impression of the car seat bag is that it looks and feels like a piece of luggage. It feels so sturdy and durable, which is perfect for traveling. My favorite feature is that you can unclip the straps and store them away so you don't trip over them and they won't get tangled on something. It's easy enough to push around due to the amazing wheels it's on, as my 1.5 yr old was able to push it around the house with a car seat inside! It was super easy for my 6'2" husband to hoist this onto his back and carry it around, but it was a bit tougher for me (5'2") due to the weight of it (but come on, car seats are SO heavy). The negative feature for me is that the handle is kind of low. A retractable handle would be SO much easier to be able to pull through the airport. Also, a suggestion would be a place for a tag (like somewhere to insert a card) since it doesn't come with one. Unfortunately we will not be traveling until next year, so we weren't able to test it out on a plane, but thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, it will 100% be traveling with us to Puerto Rico in 2025. The luggage-like design, spacious interior (you can toss a small diaper bag, blankets, etc on top of your car seat and still zipper it closed easily), convenient double zipper, stow away shoulder straps and the ease of the 4-wheel roll make it an essential tool for people traveling with car seats. I definitely recommend this car seat bag!
