Poor quality control, good customer service.

Nice cart for the money but quality control is poor. Customer service is good, however. The lower bar was defective. They sent me another. It was also defective. Then they refunded me. Now I have a bunch of parts. I did buy a second one that was fine, however. Nice price if you're willing to fool around.
