BEWARE of the Seller

They advertise stainless steel utensils, but they send you utensils with wooden handles. I had to put up a fuss just to get my money back.

Incorrect set received

I have received the wrong set twice. I ordered set with stainless steel handles and received ones with wooden handles. I will be returning and not ordering from this company again. I will look elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY from this seller. It is a scam! I purchased this set along with other items from macy’s. I received all other items except this item. On my account though, it says the set was delivered on Oct 11. Since then, I have called macy’s to report that i never received the item. Macy’s claims to have sent the seller multiple messages but no response received. Today marks 3 weeks since i was supposed to receive this item but nothing yet. I have called the unprofessional team at macy’s also hoping they could rectify the issue but I’ve been dealing with flippant managers, unprofessional and dishonest representatives, and today i was on hold for 47 min with costumer service who eventually hung up on me. It is very unfortunate that a customer who seeks convenience and trustworthiness from Macy’s can be faced with such hassle and frustration.
