Not thrilled

I really like this kettle. But…. There are a few things I’m not thrilled with like the part where it can’t go in the water. Also there’s a big lip where when you pour the water out there’s a bit of water that’s stuck inside. Also there’s no way to easily clean it in the bottom. Its instructions say put water in it but when cleaning it (descaling) use vinegar. But for those with hard water it leaves a residue. Used about 6 times and then I had to descale it.
