I Would NOT Recommend

I received this item today and I was utterly disgusted and disappointed. The carafe came in a plain white box with no inscription, and I thought okay, but when I opened up the box, the carafe was soiled/clearly used and it also had no branding or inscription indicating the brand. There were no manual, just a plain white box with a used unmarked carafe. I will be returning ASAP. Enough with the third party vendors on thos website. 0/10 I would NOT recommend.
