Great Sous-Vide
This Sous Vide works very well and the temperature is spot on. I bought it to make yogurt and do not have to worry about the temperature getting hotter during the yogurt making process. Excellent product at a very reasonable price.

Pasteurized eggs
Setting the temperature and time is so easy. We like over easy eggs with runny yolks; which are not safe to eat if not pasteurized. Temperature 135 degrees. Time: 75 minutes I want to try meat and poultry next.
