Utensils Looks Great - Missing Part of Order

The utensils looks great. I ordered 2(two) sets, but only one delivered in the box with a packing slip that shows 2(two) were in the box. The box was not damaged. It was in perfect condition and not re-taped. I used the box to wrap Christmas gift because it was in such good shape.

Wrong color

I ordered the black one and they sent teal. Not what I paid for! Disappointed since I see the same feedback

Nice but wrong color

Received item but wrong color nice though , looks good and was able to extend warranty through direct website. Excited to use it
