Terrible product

This third party company is quite awful my item was supposed to be new however it was most likely a returned box that had missing pieces and a broken pot that you could clearly tell even from the outside of the box which was broken and severely damaged. The third party refused to answer any of my direct messages and I ultimately had to beg Macys to help. It’s good to know that I shouldn’t buy items from third parties in Macys however they don’t make that clear when you are purchasing. So it’s not safe to assume all your products are coming directly from Macys and are not backed by Macys standards. SMH I’m honestly considering not shopping with Macys at all. I don’t recommend
