Attractive but made cheaply, poor value

The set is attractive and rolls nicely but the plastic is SO cheap. I splurged on the set — wow, what a disappointment. Maybe a robbery. The outside of every single suitcase I checked was damaged on the first usage. The manufacturer used a soft plastic that scrapes off with nearly any surface and use. They look worn after a few uses, and for the price I’m appalled that the manufacturer doesn’t use a more appropriate material for durability in standard operating usage. It’s like a swimsuit that you can’t get wet! If you’re a frequent traveler they’ll look terrible within the month. For the price, I’m truly stunned at the value. They’re beautiful but are made to take photos of — not for traveling, if you want a set that’s practical.

Beautiful set but didn’t last one trip !

I purchased this set for my aunt as a gift right before she took a trip to Central America after seeing her old dated luggage. She was so excited when she received the set and loved the color. Unfortunately, one her trip back the wheel as damaged and she struggled to move around with her luggage. The quality of this product could be much better. Her old luggage lasted her many trips! Much better than the set I got for her. Very disappointed.

Broke first trip

Everything about this luggage is good - looks, function, using - until the zipper came apart & the airline busted the middle one. This is the first trip and the bag is already ruined. Obviously now durable enough for plane travel & luggage handling.

Overnight Size

I took a trip via air and my one piece I checked did very well going and returning back home. The bag held up very well. I have had other luggage sets that didn't hold up like this one. Also, I have to keep in mind, whenever I check a bag it may or may not get handled with care. I fault the airline companies when staff handles my bags and they are damaged when I pick up.

Awful, bad quality. We just came back from our trip and the zipper is already messed up. I would like to return it but now I found out we only have 30 days for the return.

Looks great, terrible quality

After only one use the wheel was damaged. Manufacturers website is not user friendly. No response after 2 inquiries for warranty.
