Luggage set

Used this set two times and now the handle on the bigger piece won't go up and down. It appears the button on top is stuck and every time I push it to bring the handle up it gets stuck

Not good for overseas trips.

After 3 trips to Europe 2 large sets are destroyed. First trip some scratches. Second trip wells where half way hanging, my husband was able to fix it somehow. Third trip they didn't make it .

Cheap quality

I bought this cute Travel set but unfortunately is cheap quality i used it only twice and the elastic attach to the makeup bag is completely broken i contact macys and didn't want to take responsibility they told me to contact the manufacturer. I try for so many ways without luck. so I just making this review so people doesn't fall for cute luggage but really poor quality. I wasn't looking for money back or something like that just to repair my cosmetic bag. and also didn't let me submit the review until I put that I recommend the product but not I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL.

Great Set

Purchase this set about 6 months ago and it has been one of my best purchases. It’s very stylish. I get so many compliments. The size is perfect and the toiletry case is the best thing about it. I’m able to take the suitcase as a carryon and the toiletry case as my personal item. This set made my travel easy!

I would love to write a review about the luggage set that I ordered and was expecting to arrive on 9/5/24, however, the delivery date has been changed to 9/10/24 and I have not revcieved it yet. So I can't give a fair assessment of the item until I have actually received it

No instructions inside my granddaughter 18th birthday we can’t even open this ridiculous, Maceys no help I’m returning this tomorrow pretty but not practical so disappointed
