Keep in mind that this shirt is slim fit, really slim fit and I am slim as they come 5FT 10 1/2 165lbs. I ordered a large. When I tried it on, the sleeve length was perfect, a bit short in the front, but a good length in the back. Now around the torso is a firm fit until you reach both hands outward. In the upper back area, you will a slight stretch then it becomes tight. I will be returning mine and then ordering an x-large.
