very tight instep

very tight instep...y have other models and i like them but this ones i will have to do something cause i can´t use them for more than an hour cause they hurt

Quality of old vs new

I purchased the previous version of the shoes about 12 years ago. They have worn like iron and are still my go to casual shoes. The leather of the new shoe is far less in quality. The rubber sole and removable insole of the original are sorely missed on the new version.

Dissatisfaction!

Very attracted style but very disappointed in the sizing. I first ordered a size 8 W but that was very tight on the foot so it was returned. I then ordered an 8.5 W and then again I could hardly squeeze my foot into the shoe and that order is being returned. Shoes ordered in the past in the W size were a good fit. Sizing on this shoe is not correct.
