Necklace is too fine for me

I liked the crucifix but the necklace was too fine and fragile for me. Sadly, I had to return it.

Item not received, not credited, absolute worst customer service, very rude, outright obnoxious, almost mocking me for having to pay this amount for an item not received. On principle, I will never purchase anything from macys again. Terrible.

I ordered this cross for my 14 year old son. The cross is amazingly beautiful, however I will be returning it because it just too large for my son to wear everyday. But it was definitely worth the price.
