Warranty

I was told I can buy warranty post sale. Now the chat agent provided me with a telephone number but that number is for those with protection plan which I don't. Who can help me get the bracelet I bought adjusted in length?

Color Changing

Color began changing within a week of purchase. I knew it wasn't solid gold but I think it should last more than a week before the silver starts to bleed through.
