Website did not state delivery date. Tracking date was not met. I tried calling the posted phone numbers only to hear a message that they were no longer answering the phones. I used to be able to trust Rockport but am very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Product was mediocre at best.
I like the quality of the leather, the workmanship, and they are very comfortable.
