Piece of junk

Loved this bracelet until clasp broke and it had no warranty. Macy's charged me to fix it and within three months the clasp broke again but a part was lost. They claimed it could not be repaired or replaced so I was out a bracelet. Apparently, I am not the only one who had this problem, very disappointed!

Very disappointed

Bought on Black Friday 2024. January 2025 took it to a jeweler to repair one of the rivets that had fallen out while out to dinner. A second rivet just fell out today, February. Of course, no warranty of any sort. Poor Quality!

So disappointed

Bought this for my partner. It looked great and he loved it at first but only after 2-3 months of wearing, it fell apart and parts were missing so it could not be repaired. What a waste

Great Purchase

I was given one as a gift, over 12 years ago, my main concern with it was the locking mechanism that was too loose, I found a way to fix it myself, and since then, I haven't had any issues with it.
