Poor! Handling and shipping!

Poor handling and shipping ! Macy needs better carrier to ship iteam as they left it some were else ! Glad they can replace it again / hopefully they leave it at the right place !

What a headache

Trying to buy this item has been a nightmare I ordered it from the store and they said it can only be mailed to my home ..only to have mailed me the wrong item ..I returned the wrong item back to the store only for them to tell me they will have it delivered to the store…it’s been over a week and haven’t received anything regarding the necklace….now I go back online to order the necklace and now it’s 200$ more expensive…I’m really disappointed from this bad experience…macys please get it together or you will lose tons of customers like myself in the jewelry department
