Bought this over a year ago VERY NICE

The baguettes aren’t the clearest but they do really catch the light I’ve gotten compliments on it. If it was real gold, it would be over 1300 I footnote for 230 during extra sale

Better looking in person! Nice cross with diamonds. Chain is ok. Wish it was gold and not silver. Still a great buy for the sale price!

Bad

I bought a shirt, same size I have always worn. Different brand (Alfani)! Loved the shirt, pulled the tags off pressed it to wear it and it was too big. Few days later, popped by with all tags and packaging to exchange. David (older man, Asian) not friendly at all. Made it feel like a huge hassle to simply exchange for the next size down. That is why Macy's is failing. Poor attitudes and poor customer service. I will steer clear of Dave.

It is a decent necklace with a good amount of diamonds but the diamonds aren’t very clear. The silver is more flashy than the stones.
