Would love to make a five star

When I bought this cross, there was a few issues in store. I was told the chain I was buying would fit and it did not but I was OK with that. I was told I was signed up for the Macy’s Mohr protection jewelry plan she said bring it on back anytime you need it fixed. apparently this is not the case I have spent thousands of dollars with Macy’s over the last decade. there’s two diamonds that fell out and I have been dealing with it for a long time. I’ve only had it about a year and a half. and if you call their customer service, they said they don’t know nothing about it and don’t see anything with me signing up even though I was told otherwise.
