came in the male in a plastic box looks sadley . I got it for my father for father days but I cant give this to him it looks like it came out of a .25 bubble gum machine, I would be a shame to give this to my dad

Missing diamond /no purchase tag on Chain
Missing diamond on pendant in a far left no tag to return. I paid too much money for this. It’s not even written on the box as they would often have the original price at the bottom of the box. MAINLY I CANNOT RETURN IT BECAUSE THERE IS NO PROOF OF PURCHASE WITH THE TAG ON IT. THAT’S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE REMOVED. IT CAME WITH NO TAG AT ALL, AND IT WAS ALL FONDLED WITH INSIDE OF THE BOX NOT SETTLED INSIDE OF DECREASES, I WILL CALL MACY’S TOMORROW SO THEY CAN RECTIFY THE SITUATION. enclosing the diamonds and pendant are beautiful. I love the length of the chain. It says 925 Italy on it seemingly indicative that more than 92.5% of it is more than pure silver

When I bought this cross, there was a few issues in store. I was told the chain I was buying would fit and it did not but I was OK with that. I was told I was signed up for the Macy’s Mohr protection jewelry plan she said bring it on back anytime you need it fixed. apparently this is not the case I have spent thousands of dollars with Macy’s over the last decade. there’s two diamonds that fell out and I have been dealing with it for a long time. I’ve only had it about a year and a half. and if you call their customer service, they said they don’t know nothing about it and don’t see anything with me signing up even though I was told otherwise.

Disappointed in Packaging
Received this cross today. First impression is that I am disappointed in the packaging. It came in a pouch. Now I need to go purchase a box to put the necklace in. Since this is a gift and the price of the necklace I was expecting the necklace to come with a necklace box, not a pouch. Not sure about the quality of the necklace, thinking about returning the item.
