Terrible Trick

I had this in my shopping list for weeks and was so excited when I finally pulled the trigger. Imagine my disappointment when I unbox it and instantly suspect I didn't get what was described by Macy's. Sure enough upon closer inspection it's stamped Stainless Steel not Sterling Silver or .995. I took it to a 3rd party jewelry store and they confirmed it was steel and also pointed out the stones were more likely to be QZ and that one of them was already missing. I feel like this was mostly intentional by someone within Macy's and if you've already made this purchase you should look closer at what you have.

5 carat hard lock

The lock is too hard to open. It should come with instructions on the lock and once someone shows you how to open it it’s still complicated.
