Used and scratched

The item was not new it came all scratched up and looked bad. I have never bought any jewelry from Macys before but this was a big disappointment. I would not recommend this company and wouldn’t buy jewelry from them again. I’ve bought watches from them and it’s always been a good experience but this was a miss.
