I just want my shirt!

Ordered two shirts TWICE and was sent the wrong size TWICE. Had to convince the you lady on the phone that I did not order a 18.5 34/35 either time. (See my delivery email below which clearly states I ordered a 18.5 36/37) She finally concluded they had a system "glitch" and I should return the shirts. I asked if I can order the shirt I need in the right size and she said "no".
