Unhappy customer

This vase is beautiful, but the one I received was not new. It wasn’t in the original box & had tape stuck onto it that doesn’t come off. I feel cheated.

slanted vase

I was so excited to receive my order, but soon after I opened the box I was disappointed! the vase was slanted! completely disappointed! I need to exchange it, because I love the piece!
