Horrible Customer Service!
I have yet to receive my order. When I tried to track my package it said it hadn't shipped but it's been 10 days. When I used the chat box feature it was clear I was not talking to a real person and they said the order had been shipped. I then tried calling customer service. I was in a long phone tree until I finally got to a representative at which point the call was dropped. I will not be ordering from Macy's again!

The perfect frame
This is a gorgeous frame. I was searching for the perfect one to put a calligraphy print of my niece’s wedding date and their names. I kept coming back to the Love Knot. I was blown away not only by its beauty but by the way it was packaged. It came in a Michael Aram beautiful gift box with his card and another with how it was made. It was then triple bubble wrapped. I can ship it to her exactly as it arrived to me. The card fit perfectly and looks amazing. I thought I might need to remove the glass but I didn’t. This gets 10 stars from me. It looks like what it cost. I’m so glad I spent the extra money. Presentation is important to me. I believe she will cherish it.
