Horrible Customer Service!

I have yet to receive my order. When I tried to track my package it said it hadn't shipped but it's been 10 days. When I used the chat box feature it was clear I was not talking to a real person and they said the order had been shipped. I then tried calling customer service. I was in a long phone tree until I finally got to a representative at which point the call was dropped. I will not be ordering from Macy's again!

Pretty and classic frame

This sis a very pretty frame. It is not to bright (as some other Michael Aram gold frames can be) so the photo inside the frame remains the focus.
