Inaccurate!

I bought it as a gift for my wife. She initially liked it. It doesn't look like an activity tracker. We had no problem connecting it to the MK app. Only problem is the accuracy of it. On average, the tracker only counts 75 steps out of 100 (she tested it several times). She started being more suspicious of the accuracy after increasing her activity daily and the tracker not hitting her 10k goal. She had a fitbit before and she was hitting her 10k goal when she was working out as she is now. Hoping I can still return it.

complicated

the battery comes separate in the same box and bring some kind of tips but doesn't matter how hard I try I can not open or installed, I will take it to the store to ask for help I hope they do not damage the material or I will return it.Is not a video that Can help on internet, frustrated until know. The bracelet is soft and nice look gorgeous.
