I wanted to take a moment to share feedback regarding a recent experience at a Macy’s store credit card location. I appreciate the friendly and welcoming approach of your in-store associates and understand the importance of informing customers about available credit options and promotions. The associate assisting us was pleasant and engaged, which I value as a customer. That said, I wanted to share a concern in a constructive and respectful way. After I declined opening a credit card for myself, it was suggested that my father’s card could be used or reactivated and that it would be treated as new, allowing him to receive discounts. As the process continued, personal information was requested, including his Social Security number. When I asked whether this would affect his credit score, I was advised it would only be a soft inquiry. We were then asked about annual income, and an income amount was suggested to us. As someone who works in banking, I am very aware of how important accuracy, transparency, and clear disclosures are when discussing credit products. I wanted to share this feedback because I know Macy’s values compliance, customer trust, and high service standards. At the end of the interaction, we were provided with a small slip of paper and informed that a decision would be sent by mail, though the details of what had been submitted were not fully explained. My intention in writing is purely constructive, and I hope this feedback can be helpful for continued training and clarity. I truly appreciate Macy’s commitment to customer service and thank you for taking the time to review my comments.

Fit

Farm length shoulders are perfect a little more room around the trunk especially where the buttons are would be appreciated otherwise I enjoy the slight stretch in the arms and the look.
