Horrible customer service
The watch is fine, the issue is the price adjustment was not honored when the watch dropped by $40 after purchasing. I will probably be returning as it was a present and it is still wrapped and never been opened, and then repurchase. Horrible customer service.

battery broken after 3 days
Bought this watch from Macys and picked it up in store the battery stopped working after 3 days beautiful design though very sleek and modern but does not work

I bought this awhile ago but saved it for Christmas to give to my husband. He owns several watches & loved this one.
Did not follow instructions properly
Asked for a gift box and customized message- did not get that Paid extra for nothing Over all the product is good though.
