Never Delivered - Still waiting for refund

I ordered this bag, paid extra for same day delivery. Nothing was delivered I contact Macys Chat and the store with no help all I got is we will check on you tomorrow. Next day NO call, still not delivered. Contacted customer service 2 more times no updates. Then in the after noon it posted Dasher picked up order but within 5 minutes it was marked Delivered, NO PICTURE, NO PROOF, I was home all day and nobody knocked on my door. Contacted Macys for 5th time, all they kept saying it shows delivered.

Great bag, no zipper pockets inside

This bag has a nice shape, the dimensions are good and I like the leather quality. However the inside pockets are too small and there is no zipper inside.

The slouch amazing

Exceeded my expectations....... Im in love pistachio is like a neutral green. The bag is big but the slouch omg i love it it holds so much... my kindle my iPad glasses lip gloss phone perfume lotion makeup wallet wristlet ect.... definitely worth the original price although I paid 98 worth my birthday code I love it. My only con is this is a retail bag definitely should come with a dust bag i had to get one from my collection because of the material definitely needs to be store in a dust bag but overall this bag is my new love buy it hunny
