Very Disappointed!

I purchased this gift for my husband, it came on time. BUT in a plastic bag and is NOT working!! Very disappointed in packing and to make matters worse it wasn't working.

Red Tape

Would be five stars but I wanted to swap out the watch wrist band to plain gold. They told me it has to go to the repair department and would take weeks. Yikes, I guess I will have to spend the money myself to have this done at a local dealer
