Broken. HELP

Had this watch a couple years before the gold rings inside came loose and stop the hands from going around took it to 2 jerky stores said can’t fix not sure why can’t the just take those loose rings out? Anyway I’ve tried to open it myself and can’t figure out how to doesn’t snap open like other watches — any ideas how long is the warranty I love the watch sooooo many compliments. HELP

Not working

I recieved thecwatch it look great but it was not working. From tge review ĺooklike ot happens a lot so need to be check before shipping. In tge mean time O went to stor was easy return but I couldnt find same onecdo I replacecit eith silver color or I have to wait fot nee order.
