Not adjustable

It's not supposed to automatically adjust itself. Have u taken it to a jewelers to remove/ 'adjust' to your size? Legit question. Is it not adjustable bc u haven't taken it to be adjusted, meaning it can be adjusted... OR is this watch truly not adjustable?
