Where is my other watch!

I've always ordered on line with Macy's and I love that they always deliver on time. This time it came a day late which is perfectly fine with me BUT I ordered 2 watches for gifts and only one was delivered. On my on line account, it is showing 2 pcs BUT I only received one. People packing the orders should double check the quantity of the order as sometimes people buy multiple items of the same kind. I need help with this.

I love this watch so much. When I saw it in the store and I tried it on, gosh it is very very cute. The watch face is not too big and not too small either. The watch is very classy look. I love pink and this is one is Absolutely Gorgeous
