Watch NOT brand new

I bought this as a birthday present to myself. The watch itself is awesome. The condition it came in was a different story. The plastic on the crystal was removed. The plastic on the back of the watch had a big hole in it from someone trying to pick it off. The price tag was torn in half. It was visible that this watch was worn and returned. When you pay this much for a watch, you expect it to be show room new. Very disappointed in Macys for reselling a used watch. I see another reviewer had the same problem. They probably sent that one to me. I will be contacting customer service.

Horrible condition

The watch came in a torn up bag, scratches on the watch and the battery dead. It was obvious it was returned. Completely dissatisfied with this purchase. What a shame, I thought Macy's had higher standards when it came to customer service. Love the watch, disgusting condition. The reason I purchased online was for convenience, now it's a chore to go and return it.

Awesome Watch

Bought this watch for my Bday in April and I must say as always MK does not disappoint me. Love the blue embossed leather straps and I always wanted to own MK with leather straps. Great price and looks good on my hands too. You will not regret this buy.
