Disappointment. Received 2nd hand bag

No dust bag included. Bag have a weird smell when i receive it Round MK tag already scratched (as shown in photo) Bottom of the bag already badly scratched (as shown in photo) Parts of the bag have white marks/scratch (as shown in photo) This bag was supposed to be a anniversary gift for my wife but received a 2nd hand bag which seen to be used for a long period of time. Not a good feeling when giving it to my wife. This is not the type of standard we should expect from a big company like Macys for delivering a 2nd hand bag to the customer. Kinda sucks as it will cost a lot for me if i want to ship it back for returns as mine is a international order.

Classic Style

Perfect size satchel style bag. Not too big but fits plenty. The leather is softer in this style and the color is true to camel. Crossbody is a plus! I’m not a fan of advertising the brand and this bag has the one logo and then “keychain” that you can leave hanging or use for your keys. Nice bag but mine was missing my “dust bag” inside for storage.

Leather is nice, pockets are nice, styling is great, however NO DUST BAG!

Dust bag not included

This bag is perfect size,leather is soft,color is good.But I didn’t receive any dust bag in my package and wondering if they can send me one dust bag.i prefer to keep my bags in my closet with a dust bag for protection of dust.as you can send on the photos it’s all papers and that’s it!

Met all my expectations.

Was not a fan of Michael Kors purses, just because they were so common. Saw this bag and loved the color , size and the sophisticated design. Perfect purse it was love at first sight. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful purse!

I love this purse. The size is perfect for everyday use. Also I love the fact that it has cross-body strap. It's very useful when I shop and when my hands are full. The color soft grey is so beautiful!
