Thoroughly disappointed

I was very disappointed that this bone color bag came to me damaged. I bought it for a great price, and wasn't able to get another one, as they were out of stock.

Great bag

Got this as a gift for my mom for her Birthday and she absolutely loved it!! It’s a burnt orange color so the picture on the website didn’t give enough justice for how it looks.
