A little disappointed

A little disappointed in this bag. I like Michael Kors bags in general and have several. This bag is a perfect size for travel, but the top zipper opening is stiff, and it’s difficult to fully open to add or see contents. Description also advised there are four small inside pockets - which are missing.

Sleek design, unmistakably Michael Kors. Very nice material and slim cut shape, but holds quite a bit. Fun new bag!

Until

bought this crossbody bag about three years ago and I loved it. Until I notice the gold hardware started to discolor and the hock on the strap had broken off. It just got worse I contacted the the company with a question if they sales strap replacement, I was told unfortunately they don’t. Dz
