Great wallet, bad store decision

The wallet is beautiful However, when I received this item it had clearly been used and returned. The item came in a beat up box. No lid. Nothing wrapped. Just shoved in a plastic bag. I know Michael Kors doesn't deliver his goods this way. Bad business for Macy's. Should have been discounted at the very least. Of course no more in stock so I will take a day to consider my options
