This is a constant problem with all Michael Kors bags. I have only used it a few times in 3 months.

Love It

I like a purse that has some organization, and this one does. It's beautiful, and I love the added wristlet size coin purse. My only complaint is it does not include a dust bag, which would have been very nice considering the light color of the leather.

Everything I expected it to be.

Ordered this purse online using a gift card, picked it up at Macy's in less than 5 minutes about 5 days later after ordering it. I got the Light Cream colorway for my wife and it's such a beautiful color, has a slight pinkish tone to it. Came wrapped inside a clear plastic wrap and it's the perfect size. Not too big, not too small and it also came with the right colored brown wallet and not the black one. Can't go wrong with it being half off as well.

Beautiful, Stylish, Sophisticated, Sassy

I absolutely love this handbag. I have never purchased a designer handbag without seeing it first. I took a chance because the sale price was great! When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the quality is and how cute extra little bonus of that little change purse on the gold chain came with it!! Very original and unique bag , lovely shape!!! Even way better in person than the picture shows !! I highly recommend it.

Wrong color

The coin purse is the wrong color, i didn't want brown, but thats what they sent me. Its a gift for someone. Thats why i don't want to return it
