ordered the beige bag

unfortunatly the color doesnt match the photo, looks beige in the picture, the bag is actually grayish with a brown undertone, if you're looking for a beige/tan bag this isn't a good choice. I have purchased this exact bag in 2 other colors, its a great bag! unfortunatly I will be returning this one :(

Disappointed with Packaging Condition

I was very excited to receive this bag, but unfortunately the package arrived in very poor condition. The outer box was damaged and poorly handled, which took away from the overall experience of purchasing a premium item from Macy’s. While the bag itself appears fine, the lack of proper packaging and care is unacceptable for a brand of this standard. I hope Macy’s improves its shipping and packaging quality to ensure customers receive items in better condition.
