Macys should do better

This review is not even for the bag because I ordered a dark gray and received a off white or tan color. I don’t like it. The dark gray looked better. And my order took a long tome to arrive as well. Don’t say it’s available only to ship something else. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. I’m NOT happy!
