Extravagant Looking but so Affordable

This is a gift for my daughter-in-law, and the gorgeous gold presentation box is only going to make a bigger impression. I chose the oxblood, but it looks more of a metallic mauve which will be a perfect complement to her favorite maroon pieces. Great buy!

The size is incorrect, it’s not 10 1/2 it’s the regular 9 1/2. It’s beautiful but too small for me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dear Macy's Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding an order I placed online oN 11/23/2025]. Immediately after completing the purchase, I noticed the shipping address was incorrect—it defaults to an old address, despite the fact that I regularly receive mail from Macy's at my current address. Within two minutes of placing the order, I called your customer service line. After waiting [X] minutes in the queue, I was connected to an agent. Unfortunately, due to a significant language barrier, it took over 45 minutes to communicate the issue. By the time the agent understood my request, I was informed that I had passed the 30-minute window for making shipping changes and that nothing could be done. I had the same experience when attempting to resolve this via the online chat box. I have also contacted UPS, and they confirmed that since a shipping label had not yet been created, Macy's is the only party that can initiate the necessary address correc
