Bad Quality

I like the style and size of the tote bag, but the straps are very thin, it makes it hard to keep them on your shoulders, the bag is a pain to carry, it's cheaply made, it is very stiff, it feels like plastic and it looks and feels like a bag you would buy at Ross. Unfortunately, it's too late for me to return, and now I'm stuck with it. I think I'm done and over with Michael Kors handbags.

this is the first Michael Kors purse I purchased that was not a good quality

The inside pocket of this tote fell apart within one week of use, definitely not abuse
