Better than Coach

Purchased this bag for traveling to replace Coach Chaise Crossbody "strap" that comes undone out of no where, you can be crossing a very busy intersection in NYC and bam it falls off in the street, at the mall, when you least expect it. Since I purchased it on a quick run to Macy's over the holidays last year and didn't use it until months later I didn't hold on to my receipt and now I am stuck with a useless Coach bag. Never in a million years would I have thought this could happen, NEVER. And yes, I have called Coach customer service several times about this they won't take it back.

I’m very pleased

Love it! But one thing I REALLY love about it? It’s not stiff like a similar purse I have shapes like this from MK. This is just the right size for my everyday use. Happy with my purchase and love the color/design.
