Horrible quality

First day of arrival thread started coming out. Ordered a replacement the zipper was no good. For the price you expect better quality

My first MK backpack was the best purchase I’ve ever made. Great quality and I love it. Thank you to the store associate who helped me made my purchase. Thank you Macy’s!
