Horrible quality!!!

The coat arrived and was beautiful right out of the box. After wearing it for about two weeks, the piling all over the sleeves started and it looks like I've worn it for two years! Terrible quality! I was able to contact customer service and send it back for a refund!

Pilings after one wear

Jacket design is warm & stylish but after one wear there were multiple pilings around the belt, on the arms and down the side of the coat

Nice product, but serious service failure

The jacket itself is nice However, I’m extremely disappointed with the service. The item arrived with the security tag still attached, which I didn’t notice. I wore it to a work Christmas party and only realized when someone pointed it out to me which was humiliating. This is not something a customer should ever have to experience, especially when ordering from a major retailer. Although this was an online purchase, I now have to take extra time to visit a physical store just to have the tag removed, which is very inconvenient. A mistake like this should be caught before shipping.

Material and button

I love the style, color, and is warm, but the material is not good at all after two weeks of not even wearing it constantly it became very fuzzy. Now it looks like I’m wearing this coat for years lol. Also, my first purchase which I returned the button was detached like previous reviews, and I’m even afraid to use the buttons.

Adorable coat, terrible quality

This coat fits very cute! However, it is pilling like crazy. Terrible quality.

So disappointed

I loved the look of this coat. I thought my wife would look very stylish wearing it. I was so excited to open the box when it arrived! On first look, the coat looked even better than the picture. Then, I noticed the neck snap was already loose/broken. I read the reviews indicating this is a problem but thought it was probably a rare event. Seems I was wrong. I initiated the return within 15 minutes of opening the box. I am so disappointed!
