Wrong size
They did send the wrong size. I was very desapointed. I did returned to the store my christmas present and they didn't have my size in store or online.
Nice for a few days
Was so excited to receive this coat. I had to exchange the first order of Medium for a small. I’ve worn it 3 times now. Most of that was just sitting in the car while driving and it’s pilling terribly. It’s like a cheap sweater from a bargain retailer. Not the quality you’d expect from Michael Kors. Doubtful it’s wool. It is stylish and very warm. The snap at the neck is awkward and uncomfortable though especially while driving. And the belt is too long for the size of the coat. I have to use it on the smallest hole and when I loop it through the belt loop the little flap they sticks out just looks odd. I’ve bought asymmetrical coats in this brand years ago and they were fantastic. Lasted for years. I doubt this coat will make it through the season

Love the look but lint pilling up immediately!
Cannot recommend! Bought this coat for a trip and in less than 2 weeks it looks like it’s 10 years old. It has huge lint balls all over that cannot be tamed with a lint roller or lint brush. Especially under the arms. I could probably use a fabric shaver but I can’t see myself doing that because the amount of lint already accumulated is insane. It’s all over the coat. Poor craftsmanship. Whatever fabric this is does not hold up well. Absolutely love the look, fit, and cut of the jacket but it has lint balls everywhere after less than 2 weeks of wear. Very disappointing for a Micheal Kors product and it says made exclusively for Macys. Terrible experience! I would love to get a replacement but I just know the same thing will happen to it so I have to return and find another coat that is not made of this same material. So disappointing. I loved it so much before I actually wore it.

Poor quality material
I was very disappointed in the quality of this coat. I only wore it about 5 times when I and others saw it started to look like it was old, it looked as if had lint balls on the sleeves and on the side.
