Cute jacket but poor quality control issues.

I am terribly disappointed. I bought 2 jackets originally. One for my daughter and 1 for me. The zippers on both coats were faulty. Zippers would not zip without hard tugging and back and forth zip and unzip. Ireturned one jacket for size and again the very same problem.

Warm

This jacket is super cute and warm. My only issue is that the zipper is usually gets caught on the side of the jacket when zipping up or down, so it’s a bit annoying and you really have to maneuver the zipper in a weird way to avoid it getting caught. Otherwise the jacket it nice

my coat is so cute i love the brown and the fur it is really warm, and I have been getting compliments on it. the woman who rang me up was soooo nice and pleasant. she was very helpful and had a very sweet demeanor.
