Zipper

When I bought the coat the zipper on the right side pocket was stuck they gave me a discount brought it home, decided to wear it one evening go to zip it up and the material on the inside got stuck now I'm having to slip the coat off in order to get the zipper unstuck the coat is cute but the zippers don't work properly. I don't recommend

Puffer coat

This coat is very pretty and well made but runs large and the hood is absolutely MASSIVE! I don't know how anyone could wear it.

Nice coat

The purchase was a beautiful woman’s coat for my wife birthday, unfortunately de side S was not her fix , I went to Macy’s for an exchange but they don’t have the size M that I need they don’t do deliveries any more the store that have that size is located like hour and have from where I live , I will love to have the Coat the item number is 197957354024 size needed is M color Black if can get it delivery that will great help the items is the much for my wife purse of the same Brand !

Beautiful, warm and so comfortable!

I bought this coat for a trip to NYC in January... I wanted something warm and stylish... this coat delivered!!! Warm, soft, comfy, stylish - the hood zips on or off...good for rain, snow, cold - I absolutley love this coat!

Very warm coat!

The coat is nice looking and very warm. Only 4 stars because of the pockets. The pocket material is cheap and scratchy. It catches my fingernails and rings. I don’t even want to put my hands in them. Also, the pocket zipper is clunky. Would have been perfect with a little more care on the pockets!
