Way too lose in the heel.

I really wanted these to work. However, I bought both an 8 1/2 and a 9 and both were waaaayyyyy too loose in the heel to even take a few steps. I will be returning both.

Surprisingly this boot ran small and I'm a 10M in almost every shoe. Returning based on other quality comments repirted.

though the boot itself is beautiful, I could not get them on-am 6.5 but always order a 7 in boots. opening too narrow. maybe a zipper would've solved the problem? alas, return it shall be

Chocolate isn’t suede

I ordered the color chocolate. The details indicate the boot is suede and the picture shows it is. I received a chocolate colored leather boot and figure I will get the same thing if I try and reorder it so I shopped elsewhere. I still gave it all stars for rating the boot itself.
