I should have written this review last year when it first stopped working. Had it less than a month & stopped working and leaking everywhere.

Not the best quality!

I bought this mid January, I use it a couple of times a week. A few times the machine spit hot water out on me, and twice now it’s leaked all of the water from the reservoir onto the counter underneath the steamer! Today when I noticed it had leaked I immediately unplugged and moved it to have hot water spill out onto my hand! It’s not worth the money or the hassle!

Do not waste your money

I purchased this steamer in October and after only three uses it stopped working and I was able to return it. I really, really liked the way the steamer worked and thought maybe I just got a bad unit so, unfortunately, I ordered another one. It worked great for about 2 months and then it started making a noise that sounded like it may have had a shortage. The last time I used it, I turned it on and was waiting for the steam when I noticed water all over the counter where it had all leaked from the bottom. Needless to say the steamer no longer worked and it was too late to return to Macy’s. I wish I had read the reviews because apparently, more than a few others have had issues with this product.

Nice steamer but stopped working

It’s a lovely steamer. Mine stopped working after like 6 months. Water can leak down into the base. It has a bad old water smell in the bottom too. Might try to return I know there might be a warranty

I bought this item in December and by February stopped working. I used maybe 5 times. Not with mirth my money and it’s was too late to send it back.

Stopped working within the 3-months

I bought this steamer on November, this past days the steamer started leaking and today the steamer sparked. It completely stopped working.
